DOC (DENOMINAZIONE DI ORIGINE CONTROLLATA)<\/p>\n

Hand-harvest, then stored in cellar. The grapes are pressed undergo a soft pressing. The wort obtained is cooled to a temperature of 6\u00b0 C and put to decant for 24 hours. The clean must is fermented at 16\u00b0 C in stainless steel tanks.<\/p>\n

Falanghina nose and taste is fresh, reudor and harmony.<\/p>\n

Elegant fragrance, with a slight exotic fruit aroma, accompany with a slight citrus flower fragrance and the multi-layer fragrance blends well with grapes aroma.<\/p>\n
