Elegante al naso con sentori di frutta esotica ed agrumi, fiori d’acacia.

Hand-harvest, then stored in cellar. The grapes are pressed undergo a soft pressing. The wort obtained is cooled to a temperature of 6° C and put to decant for 24 hours. The clean must is fermented at 16° C in stainless steel tanks.
Falanghina nose and taste is fresh, reudor and harmony.
Elegant fragrance, with a slight exotic fruit aroma, accompany with a slight citrus flower fragrance and the multi-layer fragrance blends well with grapes aroma.
Recommend with appetizer such as fish and sea food also served well with second course –fish and mild soft cheese.
